Dr. Nayo Wills will join a panel of experts in women’s health and wellness issues at the 3rd Annual Women’s Health and Wellness Day (WHWD) sponsored by ITR Physical Therapy.

Women’s Health and Wellness Day is a celebration of women’s bodies and an opportunity for education and empowerment. The event will include presentation-style learning opportunities as well as experiential classes. This event will cover a wide range of wellness topics including nutrition, meditation, yoga, post-partum management, and pelvic health.
