How We Match You with the Perfect Practitioner for your Needs

  1. Talk to a Nurse, not a Receptionist
    • Most doctors offices have receptionists who book your appointment, forcing you to wait weeks and sometimes months to get an appointment. Once you get in with those doctors, you may quickly find out they are the wrong provider in the wrong discipline and have to book you into another provider’s schedule a month or two later.
    • At Kaplan Clinic, when you call, one of our licensed nurses answers your call and listens to you describe your condition and concerns. They then help find the right practitioner inside Kaplan’s staff of skilled physicians, osteopaths, physician assistants, psychotherapists, physical therapists, acupuncturists, nutritionists, herbalists, and others who can best serve you
  2. We Provide Unrushed Care
    • In other practices, it’s common for doctors to see 4 patients an hour. That means you’ll get to see a doctor for 15 minutes, maximum. In our experience, that’s much too short to fully understand your symptoms and to uncover any underlying condition.
    • At Kaplan Clinic, our appointments are appropriately long – two hours for new patients – so that you can share your medical and personal background, helping our team better understand the causes and conditions that may have led to where you are today. It is with that information that our providers are able to offer a more holistic and comprehensive approach to helping you get back to your old self again.
  3. We have the ability to do more specialized and targeted testing to get to the root cause of your problem
    • As the pioneers in this field, we have written the book on addressing complex and chronic conditions utilizing a
    • We’ve been teaching what we do to other physicians for over 20 years
    • We host international symposiums each year, bringing together the brightest in the field to…
    • We work with more than 15 labs for unique testing that provides results as fast as possible.
    • Insurance-based services cannot offer these kinds of tests. What we offer is unique to our practice, as the result of Dr. Gary Kaplan pioneering new ways to test for chronic conditions that affect our patients
  4. Follow-up Care is Outcome-Oriented
    • We review your test results in-depth to determine the underlying cause of your symptoms and create a outcome-oriented treatment plan bespoke to you
    • Your provider develops a treatment plan which may include supplements, IVs, medications, physical therapy, psychotherapy, as well as a myriad of other tools
    • Our providers and care team are accessible to our patients. We will meet you where you are, in regards to your treatment plan, to help make adjustments that fit your life and lifestyle.

Over 30% of our patients fly to see us, because they are unable to find this quality of care in their community.

“You’re still sick because the right questions have not yet been asked. We ask those questions.”
