Harpreet Gujral, DNP, FNP-BC
Nurse Practitioner
Harpreet Gujral, DNP, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree focusing on Integrative Health and Healing from the University of Minnesota in 2018. Prior to that she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Rajkumari Amrit Kaur College of Nursing in New Dehli, India, and went on to get her Master’s Degree from George Mason University in 1999.
For over 30 years Harpreet has been doing what she loves to do – listening to her patients, learning from them, and growing as a professional. Harpreet deeply believes in one’s inner capacity to heal and combines Eastern and Western treatment modalities to help her patients achieve a healthier and more balanced life. She has extensive training and experience in integrative medicine and mind-body medicine, including functional nutrition, mindfulness meditation, self-compassion practices, and movement therapies such as Qi Gong. Her interests include mindful eating, self-compassion, healthy cooking, mindful pausing, and health coaching that brings together various aspects of integrative health.
Harpreet has over two decades of expertise in weight loss management. She combines a conventional and integrative treatment approach to help patients realize their weight loss goals while also reducing high inflammation, an underlying reason for up to 75% of chronic diseases.

She describes her approach to patient care in the following way, “It is important for me to help my patients feel empowered to create their own well-being, especially when they are challenged with complex conditions and may not feel heard by the practitioners. Utilizing Functional Medicine and the Mind-Body approach, I will intently listen to you and understand your health goals. Then, together we’ll create a treatment plan that your body resonates with to address them.”
In her free time, Harpreet loves to walk in nature with her family and friends, engage in music, and read poetry.
