Did you know that an unhealthy gut can have adverse effects on your overall health?
Most of us do not give much thought to our gut unless it is causing us symptoms that are obviously gastrointestinal: diarrhea, constipation, gas, bloating, or cramping. However, a leaky gut can affect our entire body and contribute to symptoms that are often thought of as unrelated to gut health. These symptoms could include fatigue, joint pain, headaches, mood disorders, and skin issues, among others.
