  • We are a fee-for-service facility. Our physicians do not participate with any insurance companies. More detailed financial and insurance information is available at Financial FAQs
  • If you have out-of-network benefits with your policy, we can provide you with a superbill to submit for reimburse or for an additional charge can submit the claim for you.
  • All charges are listed on the Provider Fees.
  • We are located in McLean in Northern Virginia. This is our only location.
  • Telehealth visits are available after an initial in-person visit in states where the practitioner is licensed. Each practitioner is licensed in different states.
