Free Virtual Drop In Mindfulness Meditation Class

Join Laura’s growing Wednesday evening sangha. Sangha is an ancient word for a community of the spirit, of the Heart. Never has it been more vital to feel our connectedness and shared belonging.

Our Wednesday evening meditation class meets via live stream at 7:30 pm EST. All levels are welcome.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR: Śraddhā Laura Dorsett is a mindfulness meditation instructor and founder of The Embodied Self. She received her Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) professional training in 2004 through Jon Kabat-Zinn’s Stress Clinic at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center.
