I wish that I had found Dr. Gary 19 years ago

I have been a patient of Dr. Gary’s since January 2018 and I can honestly say I have HOPE for my future.

I wish that I could put into words how grateful I am for Dr. Gary Kaplan and the staff at The Kaplan Center. I wish that I had found Dr. Gary 19 years ago, my life would be so much different.

In 2001, when I was just 13 years old, my health issues began with a sprained ankle. We have been to over 20 specialists, participated in patient trials, had hundreds of procedures, tried old and new medicine, and anything anyone else suggested to try to relieve the incredible amount of symptoms I was experiencing, the worst of which were pain, fatigue, gastrointestinal, and headaches. We went to a specialist for each of my symptoms. Doctors were able to put a bandaid on the situation enough for me to live as normal of a life as possible. So many times the doctors would say “this is my hail mary – if this doesn’t work – you will need to go to a different doctor”.

I had given up on doctors and was trying to live my life the best that I could. That is when I found Dr. Gary. One of my friends persistently suggested that I visit The Kaplan Center. I have been a patient of Dr. Gary’s since January 2018 and I can honestly say I have HOPE for my future. Having hope and being able to make plans for what my future can hold instead of just trying to make it through each day is one of the amazing benefits I have received since I began treatments at The Kaplan Center. I am eternally grateful for Dr. Gary and the staff as they continue to work tirelessly to help me regain my life back.

The standard of care at The Kaplan Center is so different than that of any office I have been to. Every time I call into the office I speak to a live human being (not a recording). If I have to leave a message I never go longer than 24 hrs without getting a callback – most of the time within just a few hours of calling. The staff is so supportive, helpful, and attentive to all of my needs. It is night and day compared to my pain management center that I was previously going to. I always feel confident that I will be listened to and heard by all of the staff at The Kaplan Center.

I can not say enough good things about this office – they have seen what is wrong with the health care system and decided to make a change.
