Program Overview

Improving metabolic health can reduce the risk of developing chronic diseases. Our comprehensive nutrition program consists of an initial assessment and testing and based on those results, a recommended treatment plan, diet, and supplements/medications. We offer accountability check ins, which includes review of information, food logs, and target areas such as sleep, energy and stress levels, diet, and hydration, and we will modify diet, lifestyle, and supplements accordingly. There is full support at every stage so that you can succeed in reaching your goals.

Lab Tests

We offer several lab tests as part of the program, including a comprehensive functional blood chemistry panel, a Wheat Zoomer blood test, and a 3×4 genetics test. These tests provide valuable information about your health status, including any underlying conditions or genetic predispositions. We also offer a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) to monitor your blood sugar levels throughout the program and analyze the data to make any necessary adjustments to your diet.

Diet and Nutrition

Our program is centered around a personalized nutrition plan tailored to your unique needs and goals. We analyze your current diet and make recommendations to optimize your nutrient intake, improve your metabolic health, and promote healthy weight loss. We provide food lists, recipes, and shopping resources to help you make healthy choices and maintain a balanced diet. Our in-app messenger support is available to answer any questions you have and provide additional guidance and support throughout the program.

Evaluation

At the end of the program, we conduct a final evaluation and lab review to assess your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your plan. We are committed to your long-term success and will provide ongoing support and guidance to help you maintain optimal health and wellness.
