- feel lost about what’s “healthy” to eat or if you should take supplements?

When nutrition plays a role in a your medical problems – and this is often true – our goal is to investigate the root cause of your discomfort and not just treat the symptoms. We use an Integrative & Functional Nutrition (IFN) approach to identify underlying imbalances or deficiencies that may be impacting your health.
What is Integrative & Functional Nutrition?
Integrative and Functional Nutrition (IFN) is an approach to nutrition counseling and therapy that is based on the principles and concepts of integrative and functional medicine. IFN combines the best of conventional and alternative medicine and emphasizes healthy eating personalized to the genetics, environment, lifestyle, and health concerns of each individual.
What to expect
We’ll start with a comprehensive health history and discuss current ailments and concerns. Laboratory testing is often recommended to identify potential food allergies, food sensitivities, and digestive problems.
Once we’ve uncovered the origin of your health issues, we will work together to create an individualized program with measurable goals and a nutrition regimen that improves your health and fits your lifestyle, preferences, culture, taste, and time constraints. Nutritional modifications, lifestyle changes, supplementation, specialized diets, and/or probiotics, may all be recommended as part of your wellness plan.
You’ll find that by addressing the nutritional component of your health, you will
- feel more energetic

- sleep better
- feel less irritable
- improve your heart, brain, and hormonal health
